٢٣٩٨٣ - (و) (١) عن أشعث عن نافع عن ابن عمر قالا: من باع نخلا (فالثمرة) (٢) للبائع إلا أن يشترط المشتري، ومن باع عبدا له مال فالمال للبائع إلا أن يشترط المبتاع (٣).
23983 - (W) (1) From Ash'ath, from Nafi', from Ibn Umar, they said: Whoever sells palm trees, the fruit is for the seller unless the buyer stipulates (otherwise), and whoever sells a slave who has wealth, the wealth is for the seller unless the purchaser stipulates (otherwise) (3).
