الرجل يشتري العبد له المال أو النخل فيه التمرBuying a Slave Who Owns Wealth or Fruit Trees
Hadith 23981
٢٣٩٨١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو الأحوص عن عبد العزيز (بن) (١) رفيع عن عطاء وابن أبي مليكة قالا: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "من باع عبدا وله مال فماله للبائع إلا أن يشترط المبتاع، يقول: اشتريته منك وماله، ومن باع نخلا قد (أبر) (٢) فثمرته للبائع إلا أن يشترط المبتاع" (٣).
The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever buys a slave who possesses some wealth, then that wealth will belong to the seller, unless the buyer stipulates with these words that "I buy him and his wealth from you." And whoever buys a tree whose fruits have ripened, then its fruits will belong to the seller, unless the buyer also stipulates for the fruits.
