Hadith 23840
٢٣٨٤٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن علية عن هشام (الدستوائي) (١) (عن) (٢) عبيد اللَّه (بن) (٣) حميد الحميري عن الشعبي قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "من ترك دابة بمهلكة فهي للذي أحياها" (٤).
It is narrated from Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever leaves his mount in a place of destruction, it will belong to the one who takes it and cares for it.
