Hadith 23833
٢٣٨٣٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع قال: حدثنا هشام عن أبيه قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "من أحيا أرضا ميتة فهي له، وليس لعرق ظالم حق" (١).
The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever cultivates barren land, it becomes his property. And the offspring of the oppressor have no right to it.
