Hadith 23830
٢٣٨٣٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن عيينة عن الزهري عن سالم عن أبيه قال: كان الناس يتحجرون على عهد عمر، فقال: من أحيا أرضا فهي له (١).
Hazrat Salim narrates from his father that during the time of Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him), people used to cultivate lands and mark them with stones. He (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Whoever cultivates barren land, it belongs to him.
