Hadith 2365
٢٣٦٥ - [حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا يزيد ووكيع عن إسماعيل قال: قال قيس: قال عمر: لو كنت أطيق الأذان مع الخليفي لأذنت] (١) (٢).
Hazrat Umar said that if, along with the responsibilities of the caliphate, I had the strength to give the call to prayer (adhan), I would certainly have given the adhan.
