Hadith 23606
٢٣٦٠٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا يحيى بن أبي (بكير) (١) عن زهير بن محمد عن عبد اللَّه بن محمد بن عقيل عن عبد اللَّه بن سهل بن حنيف أن سهلًا حدثه أن رسول اللَّه ﷺ قال: "من أعان مجاهدا في سبيل اللَّه أو غارما في عسرته أو مكاتبا في رقبته: أظله اللَّه (٢) يوم لا ظل إلا ظله" (٣).
The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever helps a warrior in the path of Allah, grants respite to a debtor in hardship, and assists a slave seeking emancipation, Allah the Exalted will grant him the shade of His Throne on the Day when there will be no shade except His.
