Hadith 23502
٢٣٥٠٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع قال: حدثنا سفيان عن سماك عن سويد ابن قيس قال: جلبت أنا و (مخرفة) (١) العبدي (بَزّا) (٢) من هجر، فجاءنا النبي ﷺ (فساومنا سراويل وعندنا وزان يزن بالأجر فقال النبي ﷺ) (٣) للوزان: "وزن وأرجح" (٤).
Hazrat Suwaid bin Qais says that I and Makhrifah Abdi brought cloth from the place of Hajar. The Prophet ﷺ came to us and wanted to buy cloth. We had a person who weighed goods and used to weigh for wages. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said to him: Weigh and give a little extra.
