المرأة تصدق من بيت زوجهاA Woman Giving Charity from Her Husband's House
Hadith 23497
٢٣٤٩٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع قال: حدثنا إياس بن دغفل عن الحسن قال: جاء رجل إلى النبي ﷺ فقال: يا رسول اللَّه ما أمري وأمر (صاحبتي) (١)؟ (قال) (٢): "و (أي) (٣) أمركما؟ " قال: تصدق من بيتي بغير إذني، قال: (الأجر بينكما) قال: أرأيت إن (منعتها؟) (٤) قال: "لها ما (أحسنت) (٥) ولك ما بخلت (٦) به (٧).
It is narrated from Hasan that a man came to the service of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and said: O Messenger of Allah (ﷺ)! What is the ruling (matter) between me and my wife? He (the Prophet) said: What matter between you two? He said: She gives charity from my house without my permission. He (the Prophet) said: The reward will be for both of you. He said: What if I prevent her from doing so? He (the Prophet) said: She will get the reward for what she intended, and for you (there is blame) because you acted with miserliness.
