Hadith 23403
٢٣٤٠٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع] (١) قال: حدثنا سفيان عن عمرو بن (مرة) (٢) عن مرة الهمداني قال: قال عمر: ثلاث (لأن) (٣) يكون رسول اللَّه ﷺ بينّهن لنا أحب إلي من (الدنيا) (٤) وما فيها: الخلافة والكلالة والربا (٥).
Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said that if the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) had explained three things for us, it would have been more beloved to me than the world and whatever is in it: one is the caliphate, the second is kalalah (that is, a deceased person who has neither children nor parents), and the third thing is usury.
