Hadith 23233
٢٣٢٣٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا حفص عن أشعث عن الشعبي قال: إذا اشترى الرجل الجارية عنده وبها عيب وحدث بها عيب آخر، قال: أبطل الآخر الأول.
Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a person buys a slave-girl who has a defect, and after coming to the buyer another defect appears in her, then the second defect nullifies the first defect (he does not have the option to return her).
