Hadith 23190
٢٣١٩٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن عيينة عن عمرو عن طاوس عن ابن عباس قال: كان ينهى عن بيع الثمرة حتى تطعم (١).
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) states that the sale of fruits has been prohibited until they ripen and become fit for eating, and Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) states that when they ripen and become apparent, then the sale is permissible.
