Hadith 23180
٢٣١٨٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا حفص عن (ابن) (١) جريج عن ابن أبي مليكة عن ابن عباس أنه أمره أن يستحلف امرأة، فابت أن تحلف فألزمها ذلك (٢).
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with both of them) asked a woman to take an oath; she refused to take the oath, so he made the oath binding upon her. (That is, without the oath, her case would not be decided.)
