Hadith 2300
٢٣٠٠ - حدثنا معتمر عن ابن عون عن إبراهيم قال: كانوا (١) يرون (إذا) (٢) صلى في العصر وحده فإنه تجزئه الإقامة إلا في الفجر فإنه يؤذن ويقيم، قال: وكان ابن سيرين يقول مثل ذلك.
Ibrahim states that the opinion of the predecessors was that if a person is praying alone in the city, then Iqamah is sufficient for him; however, for Fajr, he should say both Adhan and Iqamah. Hazrat Ibn Sirin also used to say the same.
