Hadith 2299
٢٢٩٩ - حدثنا ابن علية عن يونس عن الحسن أنه كان يقول في الرجل يصلي وحده: يؤذن ويقيم، وقال ابن سيرين عن رجل كان يفقه: (يقيم و) (١) لا يؤذن إلا في صلاة الصبح فإنه يؤذن فيها ويقيم.
Hasan used to say that a single person will give both the adhan and the iqamah. Ibn Sirin, regarding a person who lives alone, says that he will say the iqamah but not give the adhan; however, for the Fajr prayer, he will give both the adhan and the iqamah.
