Hadith 22898
٢٢٨٩٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبدة بن سليمان عن سعيد بن (أبي عروبة عن قتادة) (١) عن سعيد بن المسيب أنه (كان) (٢): لا (يرى بأسًا) (٣) بان يعالج الرجل النخل (ويقوم) (٤) عليه بالثلث والربع ما لم ينفق (هو) (٥) منه شيئًا.
Hazrat Saeed bin Musayyib (may Allah have mercy on him) says that there is no harm if a person works in a tree (date palm), and fixes a third or a quarter, as long as he does not spend anything from it.
