Hadith 22891
٢٢٨٩١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا جرير عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم قال: ينظر ما كان أعانه الناس في مكاتبته فيجعله في الرقاب، وما كان من كسبه وماله (فهو) (١) لمولاه.
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said that it will be seen that the wealth which people gave as assistance for the payment of the contract of emancipation will belong to the slaves, and the wealth which he (the slave) earned himself will belong to the master.
