Hadith 22868
٢٢٨٦٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا غندر عن هشام الدستوائي عن أبي الزبير عن عبد اللَّه بن أبي مليكة أن امرأة من قوم عائشة أعتقت مملوكًا، فسألت عائشة فقالت: إذا أعتقتيه ولم تشترطي ماله فماله له (١).
It is narrated from Hazrat Abdullah bin Abu Malikah that a woman from the people of Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) freed a slave and asked Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) about the property of the slave. She replied: If you did not stipulate any condition regarding the property at the time of freeing them, then their property belongs to you.
