٢٢٨١١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد الأعلى عن معمر عن الزهري قال: ليس على المستودع والمستعير ضمان إلا أن يتهم.
Hazrat Zuhri (may Allah have mercy on him) says: There is no liability upon the one who keeps a trust (amanat) or the one who borrows something (ariyat), except if they are accused (of causing its destruction themselves), then there is liability.
