٢٢٨٠٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا هشيم، عن حصين ومغيرة، عن إبراهيم قال: إذا خالف المستودع والمستعير والمستبضع فهو ضامن.
Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if the trustee, the borrower, and the craftsman (the one who makes goods for trade) act against the agreed conditions, they will be held liable.
