٢٢٨٠٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد الوهاب الثقفي (عن خالد) (١) عن أبي قلابة في المضارب إذا اشترطوا عليه: (أن) (٢) لا يجاوز، (فجاوز) (٣)، فهو ضامن.
Hazrat Abu Qalabah says that if certain conditions are imposed on the mudarib that he should not exceed them, and if he still does so, then he will be held liable.
