٢٢٨٠٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد الأعلى عن معمر عن الزهري أنه سئل عن رجل دفع إليه ماله (١) مضاربة، (وقال) (٢): لا تخرج (من) (٣) المصر فخرج، قال: لا ضمان عليه.
A person asked Hazrat Zuhri (may Allah have mercy on him) that he was given money for Mudarabah, and he was told not to go outside the city, but he still went. He (Hazrat Zuhri) said, there is no liability upon him.
