٢٢٨٠١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن أبي زائدة عن داود عن الشعبي في مضارب قال له صاحب المال: لا تجاوز مكان كذا وكذا قال: (هو) (١) (ضامن) (٢) إن جاوزه.
Hazrat Sha’bi (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if the owner of the wealth tells the mudarib not to go beyond such-and-such place, and if he still goes, then he will be held liable.
