٢٢٨٠٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عباد بن العوام عن حجاج عن عثمان بن أخي شريح (عن شريح) (١) أنه قال: إذا خالف في الوديعة والكراء فهو ضامن.
Hazrat Shurayh (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if there is a violation of (the agreed conditions) in a trust or rental, then he will be held liable.
