Hadith 22799
٢٢٧٩٩ - [حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا (هشيم) (١) عن منصور عن الحسن (٢) في مضارب دفع المال إلى غيره (قال: لا) (٣) ضمان عليه، هو أمين] (٤).
Hazrat Hasan (may Allah be pleased with him) says that if the mudarib gives the wealth (to someone other than the intended person), then he will be held liable because he is a trustee.
