Hadith 22797
٢٢٧٩٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع عن حماد (بن) (١) سلمة عن أبي (المهزم) (٢) عن أبي هريرة قال: إذا (شرط) (٣) رب المال على المضارب: لا ينزل بطن واد، فنزل فهو ضامن (٤).
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that if the owner of the wealth places a condition on the mudarib that you will not descend into the valley, then if he does descend (and his wealth is destroyed), he will be held liable.
