٢٢٧٩١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا جرير عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم قال: إذا نهيت مضاربك أن يشتري (من متاع) (١) كذا وكذا فاشترى ضمن.
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said: If you forbid the agent from buying such and such things and he still buys them, then he will be liable. Hammad (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Whatever profit is made, both of them should give it in charity.
