٢٢٧٩٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا (هشيم) (١) عن إسماعيل بن سالم قال: سمعت الشعبي يقول: إذا خالف المستودع والمستعير والمستبضع فهو ضامن.
Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if the trustee, the borrower, and the craftsman (who makes goods for trade) act against the agreed conditions, they will be held liable.
