٢٢٧٨٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا جرير عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم قال: ليس على (المستكري) (١) والمستعير والمستودع ضمان، إلا أن يخالف.
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said that the lessee, the lender (of something for temporary use), and the trustee (one who is entrusted with something) will not be held liable as long as they do not violate the agreed conditions.
