Hadith 22765
٢٢٧٦٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا (روّاد) (١) بن جراح أبو (عصام) (٢) العسقلاني عن الأوزاعي عن يحيى بن أبي كثير، قال: سألت الحسن و (مجاهدًا) (٣) وعكرمة (وعطاء) (٤) عن رجل يأتي الرجل (فابتاع) (٥) من بيته طعامًا (٦) فيه مجازفة، ورب الطعام قد علم كيله، (فكرهه) (٧) كلهم.
Hasan, Hazrat Mujahid, Hazrat Ikrimah, and Hazrat Ata were asked about a person who goes to another and sells wheat by estimation, and sometimes the quantity of wheat is also known, so what is the ruling on such a sale? All the respected individuals disliked it.
