في الأكل من مال اليتيمConsuming an Orphan's Wealth Is a Grave Sin
Hadith 22711
٢٢٧١١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا إسماعيل بن علية عن أيوب عن عمرو بن دينار عن (الحسن العرني) (١) رجل من أهل الكوفة أن رجلا قال: يا رسول اللَّه (أضرب يتيمي؟ قال) (٢): "أضربه مما كنت ضاربًا (منه) (٣) ولدك" قال: فما آكل من ماله؟ قال: "بالمعروف (٤) غير متأثل من ماله ولا (واقيًا) (٥) مالك بماله" (٦).
Hasan Azni narrates from a man of Kufa that a person asked the Holy Prophet ﷺ, "O Messenger of Allah ﷺ! Can I beat the orphan under my care?" The Prophet ﷺ replied, "Beat him only as much as you would beat your own son if he were in his place." The man asked, "How much and in what way can I use his wealth?" The Prophet ﷺ replied, "In a good and recognized manner, without wasting his wealth and without protecting your own wealth through his wealth, you may use it."
