٢٢٧٠٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن منصور عن إبراهيم قال: لا بأس أن يعمل الوصي بمال اليتيم، [قلت لإبراهيم: إن توى يضمن؟ قال: لا.
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said that if a guardian invests the wealth of an orphan in business, there is no harm in it. The narrator says that I asked, "If the wealth is lost, will he be held responsible?" He (may Allah have mercy on him) replied, "No."
