Hadith 22630
٢٢٦٣٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر (قال) (١): حدثنا حميد بن عبد الرحمن عن حسن عن مجالد عن الشعبي قال: للغائب شفعة، تكتب إليه، فإن أخذ وبعث بالثمن وإلا فلا شفعة له.
Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) says that the absent person has the right of pre-emption. A letter will be written to him; if he accepts the pre-emption and sends the price of the house, then it is valid, otherwise he does not have the right of pre-emption. (The right will be terminated.)
