٢٢٦٢٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا (جرير) (١) عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم قال: ليس لغائب شفعة.
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) and Hazrat Harith state that there is no right of pre-emption for an absent person.
