Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Shurayh (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a house is sold and its pre-emptor is absent or is a minor, then the absent person has more right to pre-emption until he returns, and the minor child has the right until he becomes mature.
