٢٢٦٠١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن مطرف عن الحكم قال: لا يباع حتى يحيط الدين برقبته.
Hazrat Hakam (may Allah have mercy on him) says that as long as the debt does not encompass his entire ownership, it will not be sold.
