Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Muslim bin Abi Maryam says that Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) bin Hussain used to give the call to prayer (adhan). When he reached "Hayya 'ala al-falah," he would say "Hayya 'ala khayr al-'amal" and would state that this was the original adhan.
