Hadith 22501
٢٢٥٠١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا يزيد عن هارون عن هشام عن الحسن في الرجل يشتري التمر على روؤس النخل] (١)، قال: لا بأس أن يبيعه قبل أن يصرمه.
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said that if a person buys fruit on a tree and sells it to someone else before cutting it, there is no harm in it. Muhammad (may Allah have mercy on him) used to say that in our time there is no harm in this. Then, when people started asking him a lot about this matter, he said: Leave that which puts you in doubt for that which does not put you in doubt.
