Hadith 22490
٢٢٤٩٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا معاذ بن معاذ عن أشعث عن الحسن في رجل اشترى عبدًا واطلع على عيب وقد (استغله) (١) قال: الغلة للمشتري.
Hasan says regarding the person who buys a slave, then becomes aware of a defect, and he has already benefited by renting out that slave; he said that the profit will be for the buyer.
