Hadith 22479
٢٢٤٧٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا محمد بن أبي عدي عن ابن عون عن محمد قال: كان يقول في الرجل يشتري الثوب فيرى فيه العوار (قال: كان يقول) (١): إذا تغير عن حاله أحب إليّ أن (يحوزه) (٢) ويحط عنه قدر العوار.
Muhammad, may Allah have mercy on him, says that if a person buys a cloth and then finds a defect in it, then if the cloth has changed from its original condition, I prefer that the sale be upheld and the price be reduced according to the extent of the defect.
