Hadith 22478
٢٢٤٧٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد الأعلى عن يونس عن الحسن في رجل (اشترى) (١) ثوبًا ثم رأى فيه عوارًا، قال: يحط عنه من ثمنه ما يضع ذلك العوار (٢).
It was asked from Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) that a man bought a cloth and then found a defect in it. He replied: An amount of money equal to the value of the defect will be returned from the price.
