في الرجل يحجر على غلامهRuling if a Person Prevents His Slave from Trade or Transactions
Hadith 22357
٢٢٣٥٧ - [حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو أسامة عن هشام عن الحسن قال: إذا حجر الرجل على عبده في أهل سوقه (لم) (١) يجز عليه] (٢).
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a person prevents a slave in the market from transacting or doing anything in front of the people of the market, then it is not permissible to buy or sell with him.
