Hadith 22286
٢٢٢٨٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عباد بن العوام عن عمر بن عامر عن قتادة عن سعيد بن المسيب في الرجل يتصدق بالصدقة ثم يرثها، قال: إذا ردها (إليه) (١) كتاب اللَّه فلا بأس بها.
Hazrat Saeed bin Al-Musayyib (may Allah have mercy on him) says regarding a person who gives something in charity and then it returns to him as inheritance: He says that if it returns to him according to the command of the Book of Allah, then there is no harm in it.
