Hadith 22284
٢٢٢٨٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد اللَّه بن نمير عن عبد اللَّه بن عطاء عن ابن (بريدة) (١) عن أبيه قال: جاءت امرأة إلى النبي ﷺ فقالت: إني تصدقت على أمي بجارية فماتت أمي، وبقيت الجارية، فقال لها: "وجب أجرك ورجعت إليك في الميراث" (٢).
Hazrat Ibn Buraidah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from his father that a woman came to the service of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: I had given a slave woman in charity on behalf of my mother. My mother has passed away and the slave woman has remained with me. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Your reward has been completed and the slave woman has returned to you as inheritance.
