Hadith 22217
٢٢٢١٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا معتمر بن سليمان عن (سلم) (١) بن أبي الذيال قال: سألت الحسن عن الرجل تكون له الأرض ولا يكون له ماء، يشتريه لأرضه؟ فقال: نعم لا بأس بذلك.
Hazrat Muslim bin Abu al-Dhiyal (may Allah have mercy on him) says that I asked Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) that a man has land but he does not have water; can he buy water to irrigate his land? He (may Allah have mercy on him) replied: Yes, there is no harm in it.
