Hadith 22125
٢٢١٢٥ - [حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عمر بن هارون عن ابن جريج عن عطاء قال: قلت له رجلان يختلفان في بيع ليس بينهما بينة قال: يرد البيع إذا لم يستقيما (١) إن لم (تكن) (٢) لهما بينة] (٣).
Hazrat Ibn Jurayj (may Allah have mercy on him) says that I asked Hazrat Ata (may Allah have mercy on him) that if the seller and the buyer have a dispute in a transaction, so he (may Allah have mercy on him) said that if they are not straightforward and there are no witnesses with them, then the transaction will be annulled.
