Hadith 22122
٢٢١٢٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن عيينة ويحيى بن سعيد عن محمد بن عجلان عن عون بن عبد اللَّه عن ابن مسعود قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "إذا اختلف ⦗٤٦٥⦘ البيعان فالقول ما قال: البائع والمبتاع بالخيار" (١).
It is narrated from Hazrat Ibn Masood (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: If there is a dispute between the seller and the buyer, then the statement of the seller is considered, and the buyer has the choice—if he wishes, he may proceed with the sale, and if he wishes, he may leave it.
