Hadith 2209
٢٢٠٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا ابن مهدي عن هشام عن قتادة: أنه كان لا يرى بأسًا أن يؤذن الرجل وهو على غير وضوء، فإذا أراد أن يقيم توضأ.
Hazrat Qatadah says that there is no harm in giving the adhan without ablution; when about to say the iqamah, then perform ablution.
