Hadith 22064
٢٢٠٦٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع عن أبان (١) بن (صمعة) (٢) عن بكر بن عبد اللَّه المزني قال: (سألته) (٣) عن شراء أرض الخراج بمائها، فقال: نهى رسول اللَّه ﷺ أن تجعلوا في أعناقكم صغارا بعد (أن) (٤) أنقذكم اللَّه منه (٥).
Hazrat Aban bin Sam’ah says that I asked Bakr bin Abdullah Muzani whether Kharaji land can be bought along with its springs? He replied that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) forbade that you put the yoke of humiliation around your necks while Allah has already delivered you from it.
