Hadith 2200
٢٢٠٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا ابن نمير عن حلام بن صالح عن فائد بن بكر قال: خرجت مع حذيفة إلى المسجد صلاة الفجر، وابن (النباح) (١) مؤذن الوليد بن عقبة يؤذن وهو يقول: اللَّه أكبر، اللَّه أكبر، أشهد أن لا إله إلا اللَّه، يهوي بأذانه يمينًا وشمالًا، فقال: حذيفة من يرد اللَّه أن يجعل رزقه في صوته فعل (٢).
Hazrat Faid bin Bakeer says that I went with Hazrat Hudhaifa (may Allah be pleased with him) to the mosque for the Fajr prayer. The muezzin of Walid bin Uqbah, Hazrat Ibn Al-Tayyah, was giving the adhan and was saying: Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Ashhadu an la ilaha illallah. While giving the adhan, he was turning to the right and to the left. Upon this, Hazrat Hudhaifa (may Allah be pleased with him) said that Allah Almighty grants sustenance to whomsoever He wills through his voice.
